I haven't seen the new "Prey" but it isn't like "The Predator" was some masterpiece of cinema. Strip away the nostalgia and it's just a cheesy 80s action flick. Terminator and Ghostbusters on the other hand were wonderful films. Although Ghostbusters II was lame of its own right.
Agreed. None are cinematic jewels, but I' m saying the "wokeness" BS ruins the experience. I enjoyed Yellowstone, but also recognize all the boxes for woke agenda shit ticked off.
Some shows/films are less overt with the wokeness. Those can be tolerable. I don't recall feeling like 'Yellowstone' shoved it in your face, however the prequal '1883' had more than its share fair of woke garbage.
I actually heard 'Prey' was good. I'll probably pirate it at some point.
