ARM account has been suspended for spamming mentions which means wasting poal resources which is in violation with the ToS.
Using Poal as a place to discuss, plan or engage in any action that would compromise security, tamper with system resources or accounts on computers at Poal, or any other site, is strictly prohibited.
That account has been warned and kept doing it.
Well, I like the guy even though he’s a pain in the ass sometimes :) I hope you’ll restore his account because he constantly asks the most thought provoking questions, and inspires some of the beat conversation. I don’t think he’s spamming on purpose or anything. Thanks for your consideration !

Okay, hey I’m not lying, AOU’s making it look like you were on some kind of ping rampage or something. I can’t prove one way or the other, it’s your word against his. My tendency is to take your side, since I know you better than AOU. Why is he doing this? Does he have a grudge against you or something ?
Spamming mentions? Including a mention in some comments is not spamming; including a mention in all comments is not spamming, so long as the comments are authentic (not spam themselves). "Warning" someone about a nonsensical imposition of "tampering" onto a natural use of a site feature does not make the ban licit.

I have to agree here. As admin, getting mentions is what you can and should expect. Nobody who has seen these mentions thinks they are 'spammy'. There's some kind of bad blood there, but that's a bullshit reason to nuke someone's account.
