It’s sad that we need things like Proton. If it works well enough to make Linux a viable OS for typical gamers and enough of them move to Linux developers will start supporting Linux natively and we won’t need Proton anymore. Microsoft removing support for older PCs and forcing people to have an online account will get some people to switch, but not many. Windows users are used to being mistreated. It’s normal to them. Many of them would be Mac users if they had more money.
