Yes. If you have an AMD or Intel iGPU or dedicated Graphics card, Mesa will support them. They've also pulled in support for Arc, though as with everything new, your mileage will vary.

It's cool that a lib so easily adopted is supporting hardware accelerated graphics as well. Makes getting linux working super easy.
