The icon set is named N.I.B., the color style is named Validus, and the window manager theme is named Alienwarewhite Black. I got them all at XFCE Look (xfce-look.org)
All this is done with a root user privilege in Thunar.
Icon folders are copied to usr/share/icons and can be changed in the appearance app on the second tab named icons.
Theme folders can go into one of 2 areas, you may have to create a folder named .theme in your home folder which will be hidden automatically. The other one is usr/share/themes. Color themes are changed with the appearance program. The window Manager themes are changed by opening the window manager and there should be a themes area, in my OS it's open the mxtweaks then click the wm icon at the bottom then choose a theme from that window.
Now cursors are kept in a folder that they were uncompressed with and they go with icons in the usr/share/icons folder. Cursors can be changed in the mouse touch pad settings in the theme tab.
