I'm using a 4K 42 inch smart tv for a monitor for Manjaro xfce. How lately some things in xfce and other desktop environments has sucked ass so badly it isn't even funny how stupid these decisions are to PC users. Everything is lame made with mobile in mind so much that it's totally shitty for desktop users. One of the worst I just found a fix for, made a txt file with the css code on that page. Logged out then in again and not instead of a fucking garbage overlay scrollbar I have a highly visible wide enough never hidden scrollbar on xfce. I tried it first and didn't just post this and I was pleasantly surprised with how visible and easy to just not miss with cursor this scrollbar is just like xp days before MS went to shit with their mobile everything windows 8 garbage of one full screen at a time bullshit. It's a quick css file in your home area under the .config/gtk3 hidden folder.
