Gnome still has the best integration with Orca that I have seen so far. Wish other DEs put in the effort to integrate that as much as Gnome has.

It's a screen reader. It helps the visually impaired use a computer by speaking out what is on the screen and the actions/keystrokes being performed on the keyboard etc...
