I just said fuckit, icewm is not working like it was shown to work and I'm sick of trying. I instead uninstalled Icewm and went into my namib xfce install and hid all the desktop icons, the taskbar and installed cairo dock which it super customizable. I still have the openbox right click menu and my taskbar is just hidden so I can use it if I would like to. I did the screenshot to show how OK looking it ended up being.
