I was using the 5.2 stable and I remembered that MX that runs so smooth on the 4.19. I then installed using the terminal the 4.19 LTS kernel on Namib XFCE. I now realize that some of the little irritations like the mouse misclicking was some module in the kernel not configured right or programmed. I notice this shit is happening now that Linus cannot yell at idiots. Hell make is so that the person in charge of a module and allows a shit one get in the kernel is replaced immediately or fired. It is not a good idea to keep lazy fuckup's in charge of anything. Heck with all the crap that seems to be happening put out a set of new testing guidelines that must be done and filled out before something is considered to be added to the kernel.
