Spent the better part of the morning rebuilding my sons computer to put in a new motherboard and processor (Changing from an old Xeon 5650 to a new Ryzen 5800x). Once the initial setup in the bios was done, I was stressed about having to do a fresh install on top of everything else. For shits and giggles, I tried to just boot and see what would happen. Loaded to desktop and ran as if nothing changed. Only thing I had to adjust was the bluetooth for the headphones.

GOD I love Linux
