I've thought of returning to Debian at times. It's just comfy. I prefer pacman and rolling release, but there really is a lot to be said for a rock solid, stable release with (IMO) the second best package manager

Devuan is good. No systemd, only a couple of programs that aren't compatible (nothing I've run in to) and there's the choice of sysvinit, openrc or runit as init system.
