I've been aware of GNOME for ~20 years now. I still have no clue how I'm supposed to pronounce the word GNOME (ɡəˈnoʊm, ˈnoʊm).

I always say GEENOME

Is it GEENOME, GaNOME, GeNOME, or NOME?
