Glad this tool is still getting regular updates. My kids both loved playing with it as little kids (3-6ish). They've since moved on to Kolourpaint. I don't know how well it performs anymore, but it ran perfectly fine on my oldest's first PC about nine years ago, a scrapped dinosaur I Ebay upgraded for thirty bucks to a Celeron III with half a gig of RAM.
