The answer is not a simple one. The shortest answer would be using Falkon or ungoogled-chromium. Though, if you're willing to spend the time and effort, read his section on tweaking firefox user.js configruation to hard it.

Truth is, web-browser projects are targets of major intel communities. It is hard to find any that are both fully-featured, and uncompromised.

Edit: Note about using ungoogle-chromium. It is a google-less fork of the chrome browser. Keep in mind, this makes for a more vulnerable browsing experience, particularly if you visit mainstream sites or start loading it up with extensions and the like.

Pale Moon is what I use, some people have contentions with it's restricting of AdNauseam but the argument is that's good. I also don't care. Ice Moon. There are a few other independent OS forks thereof.
