A computer operating system should be as difficult and painful to use as possible. Unfortunately, other distros and Windows are catching up in this regard. To stay ahead of the game, Arch needs to get more user-hostile.

As a Slackware aficionado since the nineties, I highly resemble this remark.

In all seriousness though I think Manjaro is a great project, and I recommend the OS to my normie friends.

But it needs to have a regular Firefox browser installed since the one that comes with it is hobbled to death and options are hidden or nonexistant altogether. Installed and removed and reinstalled Manjaro the other night. I could not recommend it personally.

I miss firefox of long ago where you could do with it what you wanted and it took up almost no ram, less secure but much more user owned than the frankenstein browser that exists now.
