Oh goodness, not another "flat" UI. don't people have any imagination anymore?

No. The deep, colorful, and friendly Skeuomorph icons of the mid-late 2000s is gone. Why make it so you can see anything when it's trendy to put it all in slightly different shades of charcoal with a slight tint of color?
