It's a good thing that Linux is open source, then. You can rewrite the code, recompile, and redistribute it. Get to work, lad!
The code already exists and works perfectly fine. It's called init and it's been removed from all the major distros.
Somebody took it out? Put it back in. Recompile, and redistribute. I'll wait.
You'll wait? You don't seem to grasp that if an entire family of Linux distros has been reshaped by committee to now lean against systemd as "process 1" rather than init, then the job of changing it back is probably too large for one person. I'm sure if the person you originally replied to really wanted to be a white knight and devote his life to untangling the insipid mess that an army of committee members has been working so hard to create, you could try waiting for him to finish though.
