Hmmm right click the bottom Taskbar and see if it has a clock setting not checked? Idk I am a wondowfeg

YOU, Sir, are a genius. I right-clicked the panel, and a 'reset panel' option appeared. Clock and date are back, my life now has new meaning. Now I shall spend the day celebrating with khazarmilkers.com

Thanks, but thanks to ButtToucha9000's sage advice I right-clicked the bottom taskbar, and it had a 'reset panel' option. All is well.
