Yeah I was on Distrowatch and saw AVL-MXE not plasma based and was about to post it then saw this post. I did notice something that others might need to think about. There is no NVIDIA included and I see some saying just install it. Not 100% on this but I believe NVIDIA needs system D in Linux to work right with their blob driver just as a heads up. Sure you can use the Linux open source driver but you likely might not be able to install the proprietary ones unless you choose as said in the comments on Distrowatch System D instead of system V "haven't used this so just something someone wrote in a comment so check if considering" and losing all the speed that was gained from system V to use the non free NVIDIA drivers. Just a heads up for anyone if they are thinking of installing this. A quick search will likely give a YouTube video with some Linux lover that did install with an NVIDIA card and lets you know how that went. The ratings are high enough and if your running an AMD graphics card you might end up having a great time so there's also that to think about.
