If you are thinking about installing a linux distro, I recommend using a partition manager to wipe a partition (AOMEI partition assistant worked well for me) and then install it.
First impressions: I can change everything I want and it's super fast. I love the multiple desktops. I was worried about not finding all the apps I need but I found all the AUR packages I needed. My OS is fast and beautiful, I love it!
