I have Sway running on my personal laptop. My work laptop needs Teams and a lot of other shit to actually fucking work, so it's staying on X11. I've got Sway into a decent state, but Wayland is still the worst possible solution to X and Drew DeVault is a god damn fucking asshole and is the lead contributor to Sway. So the whole ecosystem is pretty much cucktastic.
