It was like a new day when a friend of mine recommended it.
Is this right here the whole install? (Ubuntu) Assuming it is, I was thinking about checking all of the add-ons,not sure which I would need or use.

I did it through the CLI. I'm trying to become more comfortable with command line updates.
EDIT: Here's how I did it (one at a time):
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:kalakris/okular
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install okular
sudo apt-get install okular-extra-backends
I may have to go that route, although I will need to find a walk through to get it done. am a bit of a Caveman when it comes to this type of thing. It hung up with the install when I tried it, I am going to reboot and try again. Uptime is over a month right now, and I suspect there is an issue with an interrupted update messing with the install.
edit: LOL- thanks for the walk through, I will try it that way. BRB, going to reboot.
