Since Waterfox doesn't have a Debian package or an appimage, I tried doing this method (bintray.com) a while back.

All it did was break my software manager and update manager(both were rendered inaccessible). I tried fixing it but I eventually gave up and ended up reinstalling Linux Mint and decided to just go into the waterfox folder everytime I want to launch Waterfox but I think it's just annoying to have to do that. I just want to be able to access it from my panel.

I know that as well. That's what I'm currently using.
