I was reading a few pages ( here(kotakuinaction2.win) and here(phoronix.com) and here(old.reddit.com)) about the situation with Linux and SJWs. Apparently, Torvalds's daughter is into radical feminism and has played a role into him agreeing to this CoC nonsense.
I think this will affect the politics of Linux and good people will be ostracized and laid off, and even the code itself might be affected in various ways. I would be hesitant to trust code written by militant leftists who will do anything if they "feel" that it would promote their causes.
For the moment, I would suggest supporting the projects that maintain some sanity and not give donations to projects that don't.
