Not fucking good. It sucks because you can still contribute code under an alias but there are a lot of people who have built up a resume on code contributed. You can't contribute code under an alias and use it to get a job. All that aside, the whole point of free software is anyone can contribute regardless of political views/opinions. Nazi party member, jew, black panther, or whatever. It should be the contribution of code that counts not some code of conduct.
