I might actually use this. A lot of the shorts I tend to watch are actually interesting but the lack of context and details about the subject of the video is generally annoying. I've clicked the "show less shorts option numerous times, but that doesn't seem to do anything.

Settings work when used w/ the brave browser as well.

I gave up on brave, I couldn't get ad blockers to work on youtube.

I’m not sure I get how your shorts just start or show up when you don’t go to YouTube. Even when I’m on YouTube I see the thumb to click, but I can exercise adulting and just NOT FUCKING CLICK ON IT.

I do go to youtube, i just get annoyed scrolling past them.

Oh I see. You want a grease monkey type thing to just remove….. ‘ow got ya. I don’t see em….bun that I mean they are there but I tune them out so well they are not even noticeable by my brain.

The occasional cleavage wakes the brain, but about it.
