I often feel like i'm full of nothing but poison. Other people just feel slowly erosive over time. I don't mean the people I care about. Specifically it's the meaningless small talk, oh what lovely weather we've had lately. It's like water drip torture to me. Dealing w/ people that talk and say nothing drives me insane. I prefer walking my dog at night b/c no one talks to each other then about the weather or other meaningless nonsense.

It sounds like you're talking to a bunch of people who don't understand why you are so deserving of hatred. They don't know what you've done and they don't understand the thoughts you have, they just look at your smile and your jokes and your sarcasm and they see nothing more than your skin-suit walking around, and they act like you are them.
But...
kek, maybe so. Sometimes no one can hate you more than you hate yourself.
