Few weeks ago, I set up a linux box running Lynx and a telnet server. Lynx is a text-mode web browser that runs in a linux terminal.
Have been using it sometimes to browse voat.xyz on a Commodore 64 and a Tandy 1000 TL. Neither of these machines have the power to encrypt/decrypt SSL in a timely fashion (would probably take 30 minutes just to generate the keys on a C64), so all of that work is done on the linux box.
Lynx doesn't like Poal for some reason, though. Vague error. Have not had any success accesssing Poal through Lynx yet.
