Everyone knows electronics go bad it’s not implausible to suggest all the cameras facing his cell broke .sure he didn’t have sheets shoe laces or underwear but with a little determination he could have strangled himself and the impending suicides of the sleeping guards will no doubt be a result of thier feeling of guilt.
