The cynic in me expects Argentina to stay a socialist craphole because any single human leader no matter how good, bad, or indifferent isnt going to save a country. That's a messianic fallacy. Most of the Argentinian population are still a bunch of lazy socialist slackers.

I'm at least looking forward to the salt from leftists and spicy memes. It'll be variety from a country that has been reruns of the Peron show for 50 years.

Yeah, cynically speaking I expect it to pan out similar to the USA's uniparty because Argentinians are incredibly hostile to working and self-supportation.

It's very much reminiscent of Trump sending out stimmy checks and money printer go brrrr as much as any socialist, but at least the memes and commie tears will be comedy gold.
