Hoppe, Rothbard, Mises and Rockwell are the intellectual font from which Glenn Jacobs, mayor of Knox County, TN, has been drinking for years. (((They))) attempted to defraud him out of his re-election this year, but he prevailed despite their efforts. He would make a hell of a candidate for POTUS, as both a populist and an ideologue, unlike Trump or DeSantis, who are merely populists. Were he to seize the GOP nomination in 2024, he would secure both the “blood and soil” Mises libertarian backing, as well as the hardline America First GOP. The weakest area of even the Mises wing has been a standoffish approach to the question of race realism of late. Although, they never deny the statistical realities, they hold back from expressing such openly after the Ron Paul Newsletter flap of 2008. They also have a muddled interpretation of Hitler and the National Socialists, despite their outright opposition to US involvement in World War II. Here’s hoping they can reconcile all of this.
