To be fair it bans MAPs and grooming, which I support.

I think the intent is to prevent distracted driving but the way it will be used is as a cash grab. As it is it's far too easy to get a driver's license. Get the street shitters, niggers, other shitskins, and of course women and asians off the road for starters.
