I was looking at some condo listings and I notice a lot of pier dockage, but didn't see much in the way of a protected harbor.
Just day dreaming really. I have a decent amount of years left before that would financially doable anyways. Probably longer now since Biden is trying to keep me from being employed.

I emailed the author and asked if he knew anything about a proposed marina. We'll see if he answers. I'm not quite ready to abandon the US yet, although that day may come. Right now I'm focused on getting out of The Peoples Republic of New Jersey.

The guy replied back. I just forgot to check until now. (I used an email address that it for semi-disposable correspondence.)
There isn't a marina at Prospera yet and he didn't think to ask if one was in the works. He offered to put me in touch with the team there if I was considering building one.
I declined, politely.
