You can live on a sailboat any number of places. No need to focus on Prospera unless you want to be a part of the community without buying one of the homes. I don't know if there's a marina built there yet.
But now you got me thinking...
I was looking at some condo listings and I notice a lot of pier dockage, but didn't see much in the way of a protected harbor.
Just day dreaming really. I have a decent amount of years left before that would financially doable anyways. Probably longer now since Biden is trying to keep me from being employed.

I emailed the author and asked if he knew anything about a proposed marina. We'll see if he answers. I'm not quite ready to abandon the US yet, although that day may come. Right now I'm focused on getting out of The Peoples Republic of New Jersey.
