This is fantastic news! It's about time we end the slap in the face to the hard-working black overachiever when they're told "Yeah, that doesn't matter. You're in just because you're black."

As a White Guy I simply cannot imagine how demoralizing that has been. This is long overdue.

Now time to do the same for those insulting SBA 8(a) set-asides.
