If you look at history this has always been a thing. Women will get knocked up by a "high value man" then start sleeping with a "he will take care of me man" and trick him into raising her kids. This is why they are so against genetic testing at birth. No matter what, you should genetically test your kid against you and your wife before you take them home. There are nurses that are insane.. that have intentionally switched peoples babies just because they wanted to. Make sure the kid is you and if your partner is not loyal, dump them like the coal burner they will eventually be.
