I don't believe the changes will ever advance beyond the superficial, but the artificial will be increasingly indiscernible from the real. The pair of competing products emerging on the marketplace are males converting themselves to synthetic females or fully generated synthetic females. Ask nearly any man who's had a conversation with more than a few western woman in the last ten years, and he will tell you that an AI approximation of a woman would be a vastly superior prospect, for the most part.
