Once they were allowed to marry, it became an inarguable religion. The problem is we are allowing the government to promote a religion.
By allowing them to marry, It then became 'lawfully protected in legislation and thus also illegal to discriminate against' - ie you are now unable to legally prevent their activities from whatever area/ organization/ social club etc and they can now also have their lifestyle freely promoted using govt agencies and funds.
It violates the Establishment clause. It just hasn't been challenged in court as such.
Oh it violates a lot of stuff, but tptb don't care , unfortunately.
