A waste of a valuable and priceless product donated by a generous family trying to make something good come out of their loved-one's/family member's death. I'm sure if they knew how they're loved-one's donated tissue was being used they would not donate.
Some states presume consent for donation and won't ask next-of-kin. Some countries make you a donor (Israel) no questions asked.
