I'm all for returning rights to the states, but surely there are less controversial issues we can start with.
What about federal highway funds being used to bribe states into setting 21 as the drinking age?
Idk that's one off the top of my head.
The one that really pisses me off is mandatory participation in Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security. Return that money to the people.
