My friend has been out for a few years and he says stuff like this all the time. He says we are totally fucked. It's like a children's daycare. They baby you and say oh gosh well maybe tomorrow you'll get it. No yelling anymore because too many people cried. No punishments. If we go to war more than half our units will cower/retreat and get the good soldiers killed.
