Demisexual apparently refers to those who have sex, but only with people they care about, not with random strangers on the bus. They took one of the examples of responsible sexual behaviour, labeled it as if it were a psychological diagnosis, and threw it under the same banner of deviancy that thinks fellating llamas is something to be celebrated with pride and flag flying.
