An OB-Gyn. is there to treat breasts (mammary glands), vaginas, uteruses, fallopian tubes, pregnancies, birth, post-natal female care, and ovaries.
None of these a biological male have except the breasts but that's not going to be relevant to an OB-Gyn so they might as well go to a GP for their man tits.
