A thread like this appears on /pol/ once or twice a year, each time with a different drug or substance. There was even a similar thread years ago claiming that low-grade bleach shit that snake oilers sell to the parents of autistic kids cured faggotry. If you had gayworms, you would have been shitting out dead ones here and there for years and would have went to the doctor to get worm medicine - then BAM! That little bit of cyanide would have killed the gayworms and made you hot for poon.
