Whether there is a gay parasite, or not, there are plenty of parasitic infections that can go unnoticed or undiagnosed. Seems like it's worth taking every few years, just in case, given the lack of harmful effects of Ivermectin or even Hydroxychloroquine.

i would say it goes a little beyond that, its more of a dont ask dont tell situation where no one will ever want to admit they have any form of parasite due to the social stigma. unless you have some painful symptom you wouldnt even notice you had one
