You'ld think unless they don't tell them that the part of after surgery you have to stretch your fake vag or it'll close up like an ear ring piercing would be a thing that would make them think wtf this is not gender surgery this is just plastic surgery that reverts to nothing "closed hole healed over" if I don't do a required set of procedures regularly.
