You are starting with the premise that these pedos can catch an STD from raping small children. The only inflammation of the genitals these fungoid shaped entities are likely to catch is if some good Samaritan puts a flammenwerfer to its God given purpose.

Fags are snappy dressers who spend a fortune at their hairdressers and couturiers. These things are just filthy, ragged, parasite-infested degenerates, so I wouldn't put molesting children past them.

Thing about fags is that for them, sexual activity has no bearing on reproduction and raising a family, they just see sex as a kind of recreation devoid of any deeper significance, like playing ping-pong or eating candy, and so they treat it lightly. They don't see a problem with marching virtually naked in sexually suggestive dress in the presence of children, and by the same token, they don't see sexual activity with children as being so bad. After all, it is just another form of play. There is a serious, undeniable, pedophile problem in the homosexual population.
