Scientifically incorrect, there is one region of the brain in transgender male-to-females that is more resembling of that of the female, but the rest of the brain is that of a male (considering only the parts where sexual dimorphisms are present in this statement). The better conclusion is that this is a Male with a neurological disorder, similar to those with other forms of body/brain dysmorphia
