It's the provincial flag of dykelandia, in the country of straponea. Straponea needs to find a two state solution to their parasitic invaders the fartknockers, who have no home land because they like to travel around in their international crime syndicate; however, as of late they are trying to colonize straponea and establish a centralized hub for their criminal operations. The fartknockers get kicked out of every country they inhabit because they are menichal faggots. I personally dont care about the dykelandians or the the gorillions of wandering fartknockers. Anyone flying their flag and preaching how great they are and how everyone should acknowledge their victimhood status (a status brought on themselves because of their degenerate behaviour) should be told to kick rocks and basically ignored.
