Sports are actually suppose to be fair, that is the whole point of them lol. No one is interested in seeing an unfair contest where you can easily predict the winner every single time.
The solution to this is to just eliminate women's sports as a category. There, problem solved - you just have "sports" and all those MtF Transgenders can compete in sports.
